1)Recite Surah Fathiha along with Bismi for 41 times to give relief to the person suffering from illness.
2)Inbetween of Subhi salah`s farl and sunnah prayes, recite fathiha along with bismi for 41 times regularly without any fail, u could see many wonders in your life.
3)If you have not yet blessed with a child, recite fathiha as mentioned above. If recited for 44 days and not found the result, try once again. If there is no result still, try once again. The important thing to keep in mind is it must be recited without any fail.
4)After each Farl prayers, recite 7 times without any fail and you will see many benefits in your life.
5)Recite for 20 times after each Farl prayers and your wealth will increase.

12) With Wudhu, face Qibla and recite Surah Fathiha 125, 313 or 1000 times you could see different wonders. But you must not talk to anyone inbetween and there must be your full concentration.
